Contemporary Story Mask
An ancient artistic expression of both the Yupik-Eskimo and Unangan-Aleut, these are functional pieces designed to be more than displays. They tell the tales of both ‘then and now’. Each mask created is an extension of my heritage…and a means to helping preserve the beautiful cultures of my people.
